Two years ago, I made a special trip to Canada to visit White  Star Llamas specifically to see this guy.  At that time Quicksilver was only  two months old, but he  definitely stood out from the entire herd.  His fiber was a shiny metallic silver ...  verging on a purple. There was no question this boy would be a part of my silver suri program.

      Unfortunately, the Canadian border then closed and I had to wait almost two years in order to see this guy again since my initial visit to Canada.
 
     He arrived in the United States July, 2005, but due to just turning two in May, he was too old to be entered  in any futurity shows.   But I was not disappointed.  He looked magnificent!  He is very correct!  His suri fiber is awesome with wonderful coverage and he has plenty of bone. Quicksilver's mom is a big gray import girl, but unfortunately she is deceased. As a result, there are only a couple of offspring out of her line. Quicksilver's sire, Peruvian Vice, is a regal red suri import male who has produced many outstanding suri offspring.

     Peruvian Quicksilver is now in a 4 way partnership with The Colorfield, Calypso Llamas, and Riley Llamas.
